Sorry for my English message, I don't really know the vocabulary for that in French
Thank you for all your nice comments on the drawing and I'm happy that photo realism was mentioned. This is my main goal to be more and more realistic but I know it is a long way to learn to achieve!
The result depends on a few things, I always found drawing cars a bigger challenge than any portraits because of the geometry and proportions. I'm aware of some issues with the wheel and the surface of the paint, I wasn't always that patient .
First I started the picture in A4 but I realized it was impossible to do the details of the inside of the wheel or the guitar, so the bigger, the better. The size is A3 but could have improved with A2.
Drawing puts me in a different mood after work and only have time very late in the evening, the best of progress comes after midnight Zzzzzzz
Well I wish I had more time, but with my current job it is hard to live for hobbies after 50 hours a week!
I learn a lot from artist on YouTube, better than any art schools ) and wanna practise more! I do think classic cars are beautiful in colour so I will soon start oil painting. It is very hard but wanna learn it too
